Refund policy

PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE REPLACE & EXCHANGE POLICY BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST.

We only offer a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE/REPLACE.

Store exchange/replacement is available. (Residents of MUMBAI only)

We wonโ€™t assist or entertain any requests after the designated exchange period for respective reasons of exchange/replacement.

Exchanges can be availed between any two products of similar price range. If the requested exchange product has a higher price tag than the ordered product, the additional price has to be paid by you. And, if the requested exchange product has a lower price tag than the ordered product, the price difference will be added as store credit.

Exchange/Replace Criteria:

1. For Size Issues/Wrong Product(s) from our side, exchanges and replacements (subject to availability) can be availed WITHIN 7 DAYS from when the product was received, and only if it is in perfect selling condition (unworn/unwashed).

2. For Faulty Product(s)/Quality Issues, exchanges and replacements (subject to availability) can be availed WITHIN 3 DAYS from when the product was received. Please let us know the problem and share images of the faulty product via email or DM on Instagram.

3. Exchanges and replacements will not be applicable on sale items.

The exchange/replacement product(s) should be sent in the original packaging and all the tags must be included and unbroken/untorn. All products will be inspected thoroughly before an exchange/replacement is processed. Items that are found worn/used/unsellable, will be rejected and returned to you.

Under rare and unforeseen circumstances (to be evaluated solely and completely by the DFC Team), we will issue a refund, which you can either accept as Store Credits or your original mode of payment.
